Pre-registration required, see below.*
Tuesdays at 8 pm

Tuesday, February 16
Rabbi Jeremy Kalmanofsky
Topic: ‘Abbreviated Amidah’ – Jewish prayer is both public worship and private meditation. When it comes to the Amidah, many Conservative communities choose to omit full silent recitations along with full repetitions, instead opting for the briefer Hoikhe Kedushah – a well-attested practice combining loud with silent prayer. What are the optimal ways – in terms of Halakhah and spiritual richness – to employ this method?

Free for B’nai Torah members! Advance registration required for each session. Please note that you must follow the registration process and when you enter the code BocaJan21, the $25 registration fee will be removed.

Each session will be followed by a half-hour Q&A and discussion with a B’nai Torah rabbi. Discussion begins at 9 pm
