New Class! Mindfulness and Breathwork

This weekly class will guide you through exercises that include gentle body movements, Buteyko breathing and conclude with a guided meditation. The Buteyko Breathing Method (BBM) will teach you how to breathe more slowly, calmly, and effectively to help prevent issues such as wheezing, coughing, and shortness of breath. BBM is a great method of connecting the mind, breath, and body decreasing symptoms of anxiety and calming the stress response. Click here to register.
