Chair Yoga with Mercedes
Tuesday, December 1 at 2 pm (*temporary time change)
Perform deep upper body and leg stretches while doing deep breathing to release stress and improve flexibility. You will need a sturdy chair with a back, yoga strap (belt or a non-elastic strap will work) and yoga blocks (books will work).
